Terms & Conditions – Purvayi

Welcome to Purvayi. By using our website (www.purvayi.in) and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request you to read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • Purvayi is a brand specializing in handcrafted sarees and textiles.

  • All products are made in limited quantities; slight variations in weave, color, or texture are natural and not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted products.

  • By purchasing from Purvayi, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

2. Orders

  • Orders placed on our website are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unforeseen issues such as unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or technical glitches. In such cases, the customer will be notified and store credits will be issued.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be made through the secure payment gateways integrated on our website.

  • We do not store or have access to your card/banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Purvayi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or fit.

  • Exchanges / store credits are offered only in case of defective or damaged products, provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery with supporting pictures.

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Discounted products, customized/stitched sarees, and altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.

7. Store Credits

  • In all eligible cases (cancellations within 24 hours of order placement or defective product verification), store credits will be issued instead of refunds.

  • Store credits can be redeemed on any future purchase with Purvayi and do not expire.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product images, designs, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Purvayi and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, there may be minor variations due to screen settings, photography, or dyeing processes.

  • Purvayi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or purchase of our products.

11. Modifications

  • Purvayi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
