Returns & Exchange Policy – Purvayi
At Purvayi, each saree is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Since our collections are artisan-made in limited quantities, we do not encourage returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or fit.
However, we want you to feel confident while shopping with us.
Therefore:
Defective / Damaged Products:

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@purvayi.in, along with your order ID and clear pictures of the issue. After verification, we will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit, once the product reaches us and passes quality check.
Conditions for Exchange / Store Credit:
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Altered / fall-pico stitched sarees, customized orders, and products purchased on discount are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. In such cases, the amount will be issued as store credit for future use.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Store Credits
  • Store credits are issued in place of refunds for all eligible cases (cancellations within 24 hours or verified defective products).
  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase with Purvayi.
  • Store credits do not expire.
