At Purvayi, each saree is carefully packed and shipped with love. Please read our shipping policy to know how your order will reach you.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving payment.
- During new launches, festive seasons, or sales, processing may take a little longer.
- Each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
Shipping Timelines
- Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India.
Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order is applicable across India.
- For accessories or smaller items (if added in the future), shipping charges may apply and will be visible at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
- You can use this link to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Delays & Responsibility
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners. Purvayi is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or natural calamities.
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. Purvayi will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details.
Packaging
- In case you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@purvayi.in.
